Can you make a carbon copy of my existing part?

Yes. We 3D-scan the original part to create an exact digital model, then manufacture the carbon fibre replica. This works even if the original is damaged — we reconstruct the geometry from what remains.

How long does custom fabrication take?

Standard parts take 2–3 weeks from approval of the design. Complex multi-piece aero kits or parts requiring extensive scanning and prototyping may take 4–6 weeks. We provide a timeline at the quote stage.

Do you work with all car makes?

Yes — we manufacture custom carbon parts for any vehicle. Common requests include BMW M-series, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Audi RS, Mercedes AMG, and Bentley.

What carbon weave patterns are available?

3K plain weave, 3K twill weave, and 12K twill are standard. Forged carbon is also available for structural components. All parts can be finished in gloss, matte, or satin UV-stable clear coat.

Can I send you a 3D file or just the original part?

Both work. We accept STEP/IGES/STL files for CNC-based production. If you have the original part only, we scan it in-house. If neither is available, we can work from measurements and reference photos.

What is the minimum order?

We produce from a single piece. There is no minimum quantity requirement — we specialise in one-off and small-batch bespoke carbon parts.
